It’s 40 years of Crocodile Dundee, and we're throwing a party!

In 1986, our little pub in McKinlay, Queensland became part of Australian film history. Crocodile Dundee hit cinema screens, became the highest-grossing Australian film of all time, and the Walkabout Creek Hotel was never quite the same again.

Forty years on, we reckon that deserves a proper celebration.

We're just a little pub in a small outback town. But every now and then, people come from far and wide to tell our story — and we're always glad they do.
